We thought it was only fitting to introduce you to the new Eva Solo Fridge Carafe seeing as one appears on this blog's header. For those of you yuppie chefs that have never heard of a Carafe, here's a quick lesson so you can sound supa clued up at your next dinner party -

Carafe [kah-raf] is a wide-mouthed glass or metal bottle with a lip or spout, for holding and serving beverages.
